Cartoon Network…the next world of WARCRAFT?!

This morning cartoon network announced that it will be releasing their own MMO game, which has no title as of now and is going to come out some time around spring 2008, is currently being developed by Grigon Entertainment.

The multinational effort on the game is no coincidence–Cartoon Network is targeting a global audience.

We only know about a few characters that will be in the game mainly characters from the shows, Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, Ben 10, and Codename: Kids Next Door which have been confirmed.

The game, which will be free to download and feature money transfers and gold farming (oh great, teach really young kids to play WoW. Maybe if the game gets popular you will find them selling their “gold” on ebay, there would go profit from WoW gold farmers). What will happen next?
