A judge and jury agreed with them! If you know anything about the patent business you would know it takes a lot to get your patents recognized, and it takes even more to go after big companies who say, "screw you and sue us" when they steal your patents. Good for Anascape, and good for the judge for sticking it to Nintendo! Just because you're bigger, doesn't mean you can steal other people's stuff!
