Sony feels the pain…of not paying their taxes

Tokyo’s Regional Tax Bureau pwn’d Sony with a statement saying that Sony had about $650 million in unreported income and that it owes $244 in additional taxes. Sony claims that they paid exactly the amount and don’t owe anything. The allegedly unreported revenues are related to transactions between SCE and its US subsidiaries in connection with its game business between FY 1999 and 2004, and CD and DVD disc transactions between Sony and multiple overseas subsidiaries from FY 2003 to 2004.

Will Sony ever understand not to be such money hogs?
