Activision Blizzard.

No, it’s not a new treat at Dairy Queen. It’s the new company to be formed by Vivendi (which includes Blizzard Entertainment, creator of World of Warcraft) and Activision merging. According to Vivendi’s announcement, Activision Blizzard is to be the most profitable third party games publisher, outselling EA Games. Though not all details are settled just yet, Vivendi is to own 52% of the company, while current Activision CEO Bobby Kotick will take the chief executive position. They expect to be finished with the merge by mid 2008.
