Wii Software Update brings many…updates

The Wii had another software update tonight, bringing a bunch of new things:

-New Disc, Forecast, and News Channel icons
-The Wii Menu now has a clock- yay!
-Today’s playtime is now written in a white font
-In the Wii Address Book, you can move the order of Friends around with A+B
-Today’s play history now shows who you’ve sent Wii messages to
-Wii Menu is faster
-When ejecting or putting in a disk, the LED glows
-You can now navigate around Wii Settings with + and –
With possibly more to be found, that’s what been uncovered thus far. This is the Wii’s 3.0 firmware upgrade, and no, it didn’t bring any new channels.
