The long going Sony and Immersion lawsuit over Sony’s “own” Dual Shock technology, has finally been settled. This agreement will have Immersion make rumble technology for new upcoming Playstation products. However the details of what the products are have not been released to the public just yet. But now with this agreement, Sony can no longer claim they own Dual Shock or any rumble technology as it is owned by Immersion. Sony had to pay what the court decided plus interest ($90.7 million). And if you add all the money they paid before hand, you get around $127.8 million dollars.
