Microsoft revealed Live (like Xbox Live) for Vista today.

Live is basically like Live for the Xbox, except for it’s for your PC. It will be priced the same price as it is for Windows Vista, and you get a free Siver package, and then there is the Gold package, which costs exactly the same as the Xbox 360.

People who already have the Gold package for Xbox Live have it for Vista too. And they don’t have to pay any additional money. Your gamerscore will now become global, meaning that you will be able to add to your gamerscore even when you are not playing Xbox 360 games. Vista Live allows you to play games with other Vista Live gamers. It doesn’t work with Vista Live players playing against Xbox Live players.
